• Jessica begins all her keynote presentations with a 3.5-minute video providing an overview of her story. 
• The emcee should do a brief introduction before the video, highlighting why Jessica was selected to speak at your event and how her story aligns with the event theme. Feel free to pull from her bio here.
• Download Jessica’s intro video here. Please ensure it is tested prior to the event. 
• Our recommended run of show: Emcee introduces Jessica > immediately rolls intro video > Jessica takes stage and begins keynote address. If you would like to adjust this, please let us know.

• Jessica will do some demonstrations with her feet, so a clear front stage area is required. 
• Please remove the podium if present on stage.
• Please provide a sturdy, armless banquet chair for Jessica's use. She will also use some small props in her presentation, so these should be placed on the floor nearby.
• Ensure no obstructions to the audience or IMAG camera views of Jessica's feet.
• If no immediate break precedes Jessica's speech, the chair and props can be placed onstage during her intro video.

• Jessica’s demonstration involves a small water bottle. Please inform Jessica if there are concerns regarding interference with stage wires.
• Jessica likes to involve one member of the audience in her onstage demonstration which should be pre-selected by the client on the day of the event. Please inform Jessica during the tech check on who to invite to join her on stage.

• A Lavalier mic is required. 
• Jessica prefers to do a tech check prior to her keynote. Please indicate what time she should arrive. 
• Slides may be used as part of the keynote. Our team will notify you during our final briefing call if slides will be used. If so, Jessica’s assistant will advance them from his MacBook. The MacBook will require access to power and the necessary cables for connection to the AV system.
• The default slide aspect ratio for sides is 16:9 ("widescreen"). Please notify us if a different aspect ratio is needed.
• IMAG is recommended for a close-up of Jessica’s feet during her onstage demonstration, particularly useful for large audiences.

Jessica has delivered keynotes in over 28 countries around the world where translation services have been used. In some instances, a translator has shared the stage with her to interpret the keynote in the preferred language. 

In cases where the audience members spoke multiple languages, a production company has used a translation booth and the audience members wore headsets and selected the appropriate channel for their language of choice. Jessica is happy to work with whatever translation method your team chooses.
